Buzzing Love Webinars

Buzzing Love recently had the privilege of partnering with mental health professional Rachel Hasper, MA, LPC, DCC, at The Evolution of You, who graciously offered the Buzzing Love community a free webinar/community session to discuss the recent school shootings in Parkland, Fla. 

 

Rachel discussed common responses to traumatic events, what to do if you or someone you know is experiencing symptoms of trauma, how parents can talk to their children after traumatic events and more. Participants also discussed other topics related to the violence and coping strategies.
